1. Who we are and what you agree to
ApasAstro (apasastro.com) is an astrology website run by Apas Learning Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the site, creating an account or paying for anything on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Your account is an Apas account. It also works on our other sites, which have their own terms at apashub.com.
2. What ApasAstro offers
- Free tools: a Vedic birth chart, the current dasha, the daily Panchang and a Western (tropical) chart. A free account can also save birth profiles and life events.
- ApasAstro Pro: a yearly plan that opens the advanced pages: transits, Varshaphal, Ashtakavarga, Shadbala, yogas, the KP system, Western aspects and more saved birth profiles.
- Apas Astro AI: paid answers and written reports about a birth chart, prepared by an artificial intelligence system from the chart our software calculates. This includes single questions with a fixed price, written reports, and Samvad, an open conversation charged for each reply.
What is on sale, and its price, is shown on the home page and again on the page where you buy it, before you confirm.
3. The nature of astrology and of our readings
Astrology is a traditional system of belief and interpretation. It is not a science, and it describes tendencies, not certainties. Everything on ApasAstro, including charts, timings, reports and answers, is offered for personal interest, reflection and cultural or educational use.
- We do not promise or guarantee any result, event or outcome in your life, and no reading should be understood as a prediction that is certain to happen.
- Readings are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment or other professional advice. Do not use them to decide on treatment, legal action, investments, or matters of safety. For those, consult a qualified professional.
- Answers and reports from Apas Astro AI are written by an AI system, not by a human astrologer. They can be incomplete or wrong, including about facts. The decisions you take remain your own.
- Charts depend on the birth date, time and place you enter. A wrong or approximate birth time changes the chart and everything read from it.
- We do not sell remedies, gemstones, rituals or guarantees, and nobody is authorised to ask you for money in our name outside this website.
4. Who may use ApasAstro
You must be 18 years of age or older to buy anything on ApasAstro, and capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. If you save another person's birth details, you confirm that you have their permission to do so.
5. Your account
- Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
- Do not use the site to break the law, to harass anyone, to try to get around its limits or security, or to copy its content or calculations in bulk by automated means.
- We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these Terms.
6. Payments, the wallet and prices
- Wallet: paid services are charged to your Apas wallet. You add money to the wallet through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and the other methods Razorpay offers), from ₹100 to ₹10,000 at a time. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where it applies. The price is shown before you confirm.
- ApasAstro Pro is charged once for the year. A free trial may be offered once per account; nothing is charged for it and it ends by itself unless you subscribe. A paid plan renews automatically from your wallet at the end of each period, at the price then in force, and we email you a reminder before it does. You can turn renewal off at any time in your dashboard; the plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for. If the wallet cannot cover a renewal, the plan ends.
- Questions and reports are charged when you send the question or order the report.
- Samvad is charged for each reply, after the reply is complete. The cost of a reply depends on its length and the level you chose; the chat's running total is always on screen, and you can set a limit at which the chat pauses. A reply that fails is not charged.
- The wallet is not a bank account or a payment instrument. Its balance can be used only on Apas services, earns no interest, cannot be transferred to another person and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. How and when you receive what you buy is described in Delivery.
- If we change the price of Pro, subscribers are told by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to a renewal.
7. Your content and ours
The birth details, life events and messages you enter remain yours. You allow us to store and process them so that we can provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The website, its software, calculation engines, designs and written content belong to Apas Learning Pvt Ltd. Reports and answers you buy are for your personal use; you may keep and share your own readings, but you may not resell them or present them as the work of a human astrologer.
8. Availability
We work to keep the site available and its calculations correct, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. If something you paid for cannot be delivered, the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Apas Learning Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take in reliance on a chart, reading, report or answer. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kota, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to our Grievance Officer; most matters can be settled within 30 days.
11. Changes
We may change these Terms when the service or the law changes. For changes that matter, we will email registered users. The date at the top of this page shows the current version; using the site after a change means you accept it.
