1. Nothing is shipped
ApasAstro sells digital services only. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed. Everything is delivered on apasastro.com, in your account.
2. When you receive what you buy

| ApasAstro Pro | The Pro pages open at once when the plan or its trial starts. |
| A question to Apas Astro AI | The answer appears on the page as it is written, normally within a minute or two. |
| A written report | Normally ready within about five minutes, on the Readings page, where it can also be downloaded as a PDF. |
| Samvad | Each reply appears as it is written. |
What you buy stays in your account under Readings, where you can open it again.
3. If something does not arrive
- A question or report that cannot be prepared is refunded to your wallet automatically.
- If a payment succeeded but the wallet was not credited within 24 hours, or a purchase is missing from your account, write to support@apashub.com with the email address of your account and the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days.

4. Where the service is available
ApasAstro can be used from anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are in Indian rupees and payment is through Razorpay.
